Good but could be better

I initially contacted customer service in regards to a message that I thought I wrote to the recipient and they responded promptly and included the message. I am happy with their prompt response but the procedures in place are a bit lacking compared to other floral online services. After getting the item ready, a photo of the prepared item (preserved flowers) should be sent to me so I can see that it matches in terms of quality described on website. I appreciate that the delivery service took photos of the packed item outside the recipient's home but I can't help but wonder as to the quality of the floral arrangement the recipeint has recieved and I don't want to bug her about it. Other floral services do send a photo of the prepared item and it helps puts customer's at ease
