Really tasty French liqueur, Bénédictine was originally created as an elixir to sustain monks as they worked. D.O.M. stands for "Deo Optimo Maximo" meaning, "To God most good, most great". The flavour is very pungent with spices and herbs. Rich and flavoursome.

More often than not, the liqueur is popular among women post-pregnancy as the Chinese believe that it is poh (nourishing), and will strengthen and warm the body after the stress of childbirth
